Contest Rules :

1.) To be a qualified entrant to win a free TALES OF THE UNWRITTEN Comic Book, no purchase is necessary, but participants must complete and submit the MASSIVELY MULTIPLAYER ONLINE GAME SURVEY found at http://www.talesunwritten.com/survey.html and provide a valid email address.
2.) Three (3) winners will be chosen by random and announced on July 15th, 2004. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
3.) Entry for contest award is limited to one per individual. Multiple entries will not increase your chance of winning.
4.) Winners will be notified by e-mail and must respond within 7 days to acknowledge acceptance of prize. In the event the winner fails to acknowledge acceptance of prize within the allotted time period, Remnant Entertainment reserves the right to deem the winner's entry ineligible, and randomly select a new winner. Each winner consents to the use of his or her name, screen name, likeness, and/or e-mail name (your email address minus everything from the @ symbol and on) in any publicity, promotion, or advertising carried out by Remnant Entertainment.
5.) All applicable federal, state and local laws shall apply. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes are not assignable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
6.) This contest is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
7.) Upon request, Winners agree to sign a sworn statement of eligibility and/or a further authorization/release which confirms the rights granted to Remnant Entertainment herein. Failure to comply with a request for such information may result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner. The signature of winners and/or the acceptance of contest prizes constitutes an agreement to hold Remnant Entertainment, their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, assignees and contractors, harmless against any and all claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from participation in a Remnant Entertainment contest, or arising from the acceptance of (or the use of) the contest prize.
8.) Remnant Entertainment is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, or computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunction that may occur for any reason.
9.) In case of any dispute, the decisions of Remnant Entertainment are final. All entries become the property of the Remnant Entertainment.
